1.Default template · Heritage v1

The Platform's default NDA is the Heritage Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement v1 (governing law: Colombia · exclusive jurisdiction: Bogotá D.C. · term: 2 years). The full body is shown to every counterparty at signature time and snapshotted on execution; the same SHA-256-hashed PDF is delivered to both sides.

2.Jurisdictional variants

We are drafting variants for ES (governing law: Spain · jurisdiction: Madrid), PT (Portugal · Lisbon), US (New York law · NY courts), BR (Brazil · Portuguese language · São Paulo), MX, UK and SG. Each variant carries the same audit-graded execution model.

3.Custom firm templates

Firms with their own NDA paper can replace the Heritage v1 default with a custom template uploaded to their workspace. The execution model is identical: signature + IP + timestamp + user agent are captured; the PDF is hash-sealed.
