Senior M&A Analyst
Lead financial modelling, comparables benchmarking and AI-diligence review across active LATAM mid-market mandates.
About the role
A boutique advisory firm on Dealflou is hiring its third senior analyst. You will run the DCF + multiples valuation work on live sell-side mandates and partner with the founding team on every CIM that ships.
You will also be the first power user of every new Dealflou feature — AI diligence agents, comparables cross-check, audit-graded NDAs — and the founders read your daily feedback loop directly.
What you'll own
- 01Own the financial modelling on 4–6 concurrent mandates
- 02Curate the comparables dataset · public + community submissions
- 03Run the AI diligence pass on every CIM v3 and review every flag
- 04Author cross-check findings against precedent transactions
- 05Mentor the junior analyst on platform usage and modelling rigour
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in an investment bank, PE firm or boutique M&A advisor
- Modelling fluency · LBO + DCF + multiples + working capital
- Spanish + English fluent · Portuguese a plus
- Bogotá-based or willing to relocate
