About the role
The platform promises a 48-hour KYB review on every access request. You own that SLA. You read each /auth/request-access submission, run the screen, approve or deny in the admin console.
You also coordinate the post-approval 30-minute walkthrough with the new firm and capture feedback into the product backlog.
What you'll own
- 01Review every access request inside 48 hours · approve / deny / hold
- 02Run KYB + sanctions + AML screens via Trulioo or equivalent
- 03Schedule and run the 30-minute walkthrough for every new firm
- 04Author the weekly access-request report for the founders
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in compliance, AML, or investment-bank middle office
- Spanish + English fluent
- Detail-obsessive · this is the SLA the brand stands on
